Poodles at Bellerose guarantees your teacup poodle, tiny toy poodle or toy poodle puppy to be healthy at delivery. We request that you have a veterinarian examine your puppy within 48 hours of purchase to validate your guarantee. If a health problem is found, you may return the puppy accompanied by a veterinarian report and all original paperwork supplied by seller. The puppy will be replaced with next available puppy of same value.

Our teacup poodle, tiny toy poodle and toy poodle puppies are guaranteed against life threatening congenital defects, (ie..kidney, heart or liver) until one year of age. You may return a puppy with a life threatening congenital defect along with a veterinarian report. We will replace the puppy with next available puppy of same value. All poodle puppies from Poodles at Bellerose are sold as pets.

If a congenital defect is suspected in a puppy death, a necropsy at the buyers expense will be required. If a congenital defect is shown to be the cause of death, your puppy will be replaced with next available puppy of same value.

Poodles at Bellerose cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred from shipping or veterinarian care. No cash refunds will be given.

Please be aware that we estimate the size and color of your puppy to the best of our ability. Sizing is based on knowledge of our dogs, their pedigrees and the individual puppy's growth. However a puppy's environment and diet can have an affect on size, color, personality etc. We cannot control their environment, therefore cannot guarantee size, color or personality.

Changes such as travel, diet etc. can result in stress for your puppy. Stress related problems include hypoglycemia and coccidiosis. These stress related problems are not covered by our guarantee and Poodles at Bellerose cannot be held responsible.

"Notwithstanding any other agreements, oral or written, Alabama law shall govern the terms and conditions of any transactions with Poodles At Bellerose
and the venue of any legal proceeding of any type or kind, be it mediation, arbitration, or trial, shall be venued in Baldwin County, Alabama"

Purchase of a puppy from Poodles At Bellerose means acceptance and agreement with this guarantee be it implied or expressed.
